Beep Beep!

So I've been wanting to get a scooter for awhile now since I don't drive very far to work and it would save a ton on gas, but i said the only way I could get one is if it came with a side car for Odie since he comes to work with me everyday. Little did I know they really make them!! This is pretty much the sweetest thing ever! Now I just have to find a helmet that will fit my puppy, and I guess talk Zach into letting me get one!!
(ps... Zach I'm totally putting this on the top of my list...Wii fit just got bumped down a notch!!)

I love the orange
But maybe me and Odie should get this one so we don't eat too many bugs on the way to work...

They even come with an extra safety seatbelt for Odie! This one is Odie's favorite, he wants the bus!

I totally need to get one of these...I want to ride in the side car too, me & Odie will have to take turns! Can't you just picture me & Zach in this thing!

Zach driving + me in the side car = totally awesome!

A Rat & Chicken Legs!

We finally decided the dogs needed their summer haircuts since they like to play outside and its about 110 million degrees out there plus they can barely see...

This is Odie before his haircut

This is Marley before his haircut

Here's Wally before his haircut

Marley wasn't very happy about this part, you can see it on his face!

This is Marley after his haircut with his pile of curly fur, we left him a mohawk, we'll have to try to take some better pictures of it later.

This is all the hair we could get off Odie, he wouldn't get out of his bed for his haircut.

I couldn't get Marley or Odie to stand up after their haircuts, they just kept ploppin down by their piles of fur...they're totally embarrassed about their chicken legs!! They do look pretty funny!

You might be wondering where the pictures of Wally's haircut are...well he wouldn't let us take any, I think he was embarrassed because we shaved him completely down face and all, so he pretty much looks like a rat. As soon as we were done with his haircut he booked it into the bedroom and hid under the bed.

Needless to say, the haircuts didn't turn out as well as we were hoping but hopefully it will do until we can take them to a real groomer...until then we have a rat and two chickens!

Dino Babies!!

I Love Dinosaurs!
I think I'm starting to run low on projects...I found these at Walmart and decided to paint them, they took forever so I had to recruit Zach to help, but he gave up after only painting 2 of them!

These two are Zachs, if you can't tell...
Blingasaurus

Connectthedotasaurus
(this one was actually pretty good until the whole connect the dot idea!)

These 4 are the ones I did...
Meet: Taradactyl, Babyasaurus, Orangeasaurus, & Dianasaurus Rex

I saved the best for last...
If you can't tell this is where I got my inspiration for the colors on my Taradactyl dino baby...I think I make a pretty good dinosaur! RARRRR!!!

Puppy Love

I've never seen Zach make this face before...but I think it's totally awesome! Good one Zach!

So Zach likes to totally gross me out, I don't mind if a dog licks my hand or somethin, but lips...out of the question! I swear Zach must be oblivious to where our dogs lick themselves all the time...
Look at him goin in for the kill, with his eyes shut! Not such a good one Zach!

Mmmm, yummy! A few seconds after this Mar Mar started licking his face all over! ...and I should mention, Zach loved it!

Road Runners

We recently discovered something new to do in St. George, besides going to a movie, target, hiking or bowling...

Zach made me take a picture of this guy, he kept squatting so low it looked like he needed to take a...you get the point.

This is Jason Norderum, aka left handed pitcher. Don't let his uniform fool ya, he's actually a skater at heart. I met him when he came into our skateshop and bought a skateboard...who knew? But hey i'm not complainin he keeps hookin us up with free tickets to his games! Thanks #27!

I need a hair cut and a tan pretty bad! Since when is my hair down to my shoulders? El-Lame-o!

Squares

For any of you that know me, you know i've always got to be working on something. I like to call the things I work on, my "projects." If it weren't for my projects I would probably go nuts! So here's the latest, I painted squares on canvas, trust me it was way harder than it looks. Probably because my paint brush looked like the ones that comes with those paint by numbers books you get when you're a kid. :)
(hey zach, do you see the orb to the right of the piano...i told you this house is haunted!)

My Wings are gone

My fake energy completely failed me on Go Skateboarding Day!...Let me tell you how this all started...I have developed pretty severe food allergies so every night I have been drinking benadryl to help me stop itching and fall asleep. However this makes me incredibly groggy the next morning...this is where the red bull comes in to play. I drink one of the large red bulls to help me wake up, which always works and turns me into a chatterbox and helps me get through my day just great! But when it's time to go to bed I'm normally still pretty wired and itchy so I take more benadryl, hence the vicious cycle. So on Go Skateboarding Day we had activities planned all day and were doing a bbq at the skate park that night, so I drank my usual 1 red bull to wake up, but no energy, so I drank a second red bull hoping that I wouldn't suddenly have a heart attack
and that I would finally wake up...but nothing ever happened, it never worked! Even when I went to go to bed that night I was tired without even taking my benadryl...crazy! It's looking like I might possibly be immune to the red bull effect. Sad to say it, but red bull no longer gives me wings. So I'm laying off the red bulls for awhile and sticking to my gummy bears and flintstone vitamins.

I love you Wii!

Have you seen how rad this looks! Looks like the Wii is definitely the next console in line we need to get to feed our gaming addiction...

Little Grinders Skate Camp

Skate camp has finally arrived! I think Zach was looking forward to this even more than the little dudes. It's so fun to watch the kids progress, especially since most of the them have about a 2 minute attention span. It's really cool to watch how the kids look up to Zach, the minute he skates into the park all you hear is, Zach!! Hi Zach, come skate with me Zach, I want to be on your skate team Zach, will you sponsor me? How old do I have to be to work at your skateshop?... Let's just hope he doesn't let it go to his head!
This is Todd, he's on our skate team and was helping teach the beginners This is Chris, he's teaching the kids that are a little more advanced It was so funny to watch the little kids try to climb out of the bowl! They would run and try to grab the top but most of them just kept sliding back in!
